Custom & Handmade Product Notice
Extravagant Customs creates custom, handmade, and personalized event products. Because each order is made specifically for the customer, slight variations may occur in color, size, placement, finish, materials, or design appearance.
These variations are a natural part of handmade and custom production and do not qualify as defects.
Final Sale Notice
All custom, handmade, and personalized products are final sale.
Due to the custom nature of our products, Extravagant Customs does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed, designed, produced, personalized, shipped, or completed, except where required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, spelling, photos, colors, quantities, product selections, and shipping information before submitting an order.
Design Approval Notice
Custom orders may require a design mockup before production begins.
When a mockup is provided, the customer is responsible for carefully reviewing all design details before approval. This includes spelling, names, dates, colors, photos, wording, and layout.
Once a mockup is approved, the design is considered accepted. Extravagant Customs is not responsible for customer-approved errors after approval has been given.
Processing & Shipping Notice
Processing time and shipping time are separate.
Processing time begins after payment is complete, required order details are submitted, and any required design mockup is approved.
Shipping timelines vary depending on the customer’s location, shipping method selected, carrier processing, holidays, weather, and other carrier-related delays.
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Extravagant Customs is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, misdelivered packages, incorrect addresses, or packages marked delivered by the carrier.
The FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule requires sellers to have a reasonable basis for advertised shipping timelines and to handle delays properly when orders cannot ship within the stated time frame.
Rush Order Notice
Rush orders may be available depending on our current schedule and the details of the order.
Rush orders must be confirmed by Extravagant Customs. Rush fees are non-refundable once accepted because they reserve priority production time.
Rush production does not guarantee faster carrier delivery unless an upgraded shipping method is also selected and available.

Customer-submitted photos must be clear and high quality. Extravagant Customs is not responsible for blurry, dark, cropped, pixelated, or low-quality print results caused by low-quality customer-submitted images.

Product photos, mockups, and previous customer designs shown on this website or social media may be used for inspiration, examples, or display purposes.
Final products may vary depending on the customer’s theme, selected colors, wording, photos, product type, material availability, and approved design mockup.
