By visiting our website, placing an order, submitting a custom order request, approving a design mockup, or communicating order details with Extravagant Customs, you agree to the terms listed below.

1. About Extravagant Customs

Extravagant Customs provides custom, handmade, and personalized event details, including but not limited to party favors, event signage, custom cups, favor boxes, event bundles, baby celebration items, bridal shower details, wedding details, and other custom celebration products.

Because our items are custom and/or handmade, each order may vary slightly in appearance, sizing, color, placement, material finish, or design details.


2. Website Use

By using this website, you agree that you will not:

  • Use our website for fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized purposes
  • Submit false, misleading, or incomplete order information
  • Copy, steal, reproduce, or resell our designs, product photos, branding, or written content
  • Interfere with the operation or security of our website
  • Use our website in a way that harms Extravagant Customs or other customers

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, or restrict access to our website if we believe these terms have been violated.


3. Product Information

We make every effort to display our products, descriptions, colors, pricing, and details as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear differently depending on screen brightness, lighting, device settings, printing materials, product surfaces, and photo quality.

Product photos may be used for examples, inspiration, or previous custom work. Final designs may vary based on the customer’s selected theme, colors, wording, photos, product type, and approved mockup.


4. Custom Orders

Custom orders are created based on the information provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for submitting accurate details, including but not limited to:

  • Names
  • Ages
  • Dates
  • Event date
  • Theme
  • Colors
  • Spelling
  • Photos
  • Wording
  • Product selections
  • Quantities
  • Shipping address
  • Special requests

Extravagant Customs is not responsible for delays, errors, or design issues caused by incorrect, missing, low-quality, or incomplete information submitted by the customer.

Submitting a custom order request does not guarantee acceptance, availability, or final pricing. Custom requests are reviewed before confirmation.


5. Design Mockup Approval

For custom designs, a mockup may be sent for approval before printing or production begins.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the mockup before approving it. This includes reviewing:

  • Spelling
  • Names
  • Dates
  • Colors
  • Photos
  • Theme details
  • Layout
  • Wording
  • Product details

Once a design mockup is approved, the design is considered accepted. Changes requested after approval may require an additional fee and may delay production.

Extravagant Customs is not responsible for customer-approved errors after a mockup has been approved.


6. Final Sale Policy

Because our products are custom, handmade, personalized, and created specifically for each customer, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for custom items, personalized products, handmade products, digital design work, mockups, rush fees, shipping fees, or completed orders, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Event cancellation
  • Customer ordering the wrong product
  • Customer choosing the wrong quantity, color, size, or theme
  • Incorrect information submitted by the customer
  • Low-quality photos submitted by the customer
  • Delayed customer responses
  • Late mockup approval
  • Failure to read product descriptions
  • Failure to review policies before ordering
  • Shipping carrier delays after the order has shipped

7. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once design work, mockup creation, supply purchasing, printing, production, personalization, or order preparation has started.

Cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.


8. Processing Times

Processing time varies depending on the product, order size, design details, supply availability, current booking volume, customer response time, and mockup approval timing.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Processing begins only after:

  • Payment is complete
  • Required order details are received
  • Required photos or wording are submitted
  • Any required mockup is approved

Delays in submitting information, responding to messages, or approving a mockup may delay production.


9. Rush Orders

Rush orders may be available depending on our current schedule and the details of the order.

Rush orders must be confirmed by Extravagant Customs. A rush fee may apply.

Rush fees are non-refundable once accepted because they reserve priority production time. Rush production does not guarantee carrier delivery speed after the order has shipped.


10. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines vary based on the customer’s location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Processing time and shipping time are separate. Shipping time begins after the order has been completed and handed over to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Extravagant Customs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Extravagant Customs is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, holiday delays, missed deliveries, misdelivered packages, stolen packages, or tracking issues.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


11. Lost, Stolen, Delayed, or Misdelivered Packages

Extravagant Customs is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages after the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If tracking shows that your package has been shipped, in transit, or delivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking and make arrangements to receive their package safely.


12. Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, the customer must contact Extravagant Customs within 24 hours of delivery.

The customer must provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • A description of the issue

Damage claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Failure to contact us within 24 hours of delivery may limit our ability to assist.


13. Customer Communication

Customers are responsible for checking their email, text messages, phone messages, and any communication method used during the order process.

If Extravagant Customs contacts a customer for missing details, mockup approval, clarification, or shipping information and does not receive a timely response, the order may be delayed.

Extravagant Customs is not responsible for delays caused by lack of customer response.


14. Payment Concerns & Order Issues

If there is an issue with an order, the customer agrees to contact Extravagant Customs directly first so we have the opportunity to review and resolve the concern.

Please include your name, order number, event date, and a clear description of the issue.

If a payment concern is opened through a bank, card provider, or payment processor for an order that was properly placed, designed, approved, produced, shipped, or delivered, Extravagant Customs reserves the right to provide order records, customer communication, design approval, production records, tracking details, delivery confirmation, and policy agreement information to support our response.


15. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, product photos, product descriptions, graphics, designs, logos, text, and creative concepts belonging to Extravagant Customs may not be copied, reproduced, resold, edited, distributed, or used without written permission.

Customers may not use our designs, mockups, or product photos to recreate, resell, or advertise similar products without permission.


16. Refusal of Service

Extravagant Customs reserves the right to refuse or cancel service for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Abusive communication
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Incomplete order details
  • Unrealistic deadlines
  • Violation of these terms
  • Unavailable materials
  • Requests outside our service offerings
  • Orders we are unable to complete within the requested timeframe

If an order cannot be accepted or fulfilled, we will notify the customer.


17. Changes to These Terms

Extravagant Customs reserves the right to update, change, or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.

Continued use of our website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
