Thank you for shopping with Extravagant Customs. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Because our products are custom, handmade, and personalized, processing time and shipping time are separate. Your order must be created first before it is shipped.

Processing Time
All Extravagant Customs items are handmade and/or customized specifically for each customer.
Processing time varies depending on:
- Product type
- Order size
- Design details
- Current booking volume
- Supply availability
- Customer response time
- Mockup approval timing, when applicable
Processing time begins only after:
- Payment has been completed
- All required order details have been submitted
- Any required photos, names, dates, wording, or theme details have been received
- The customer has approved the design mockup, when approval is required
Delays in submitting information, responding to messages, or approving a mockup may delay production and shipping.
Shipping Time
Shipping time begins after your order has been completed, packaged, and handed over to the shipping carrier.
Shipping time varies based on:
- Customer location
- Shipping carrier
- Shipping method selected at checkout
- Carrier processing times
- Weather, holidays, or service delays
Shipping estimates shown at checkout are carrier estimates and do not include production/processing time.
Rush Orders
Rush orders may be available depending on our current schedule and the details of your order.
Rush orders must be confirmed by Extravagant Customs before they are guaranteed.
Rush fees are non-refundable once accepted because they reserve priority production time.
Please note: A rush fee speeds up production when available. It does not guarantee faster carrier delivery after the package has been shipped unless an upgraded shipping method is also selected and available.

Shipping Address Policy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Please carefully review your:
- Name
- Street address
- Apartment/unit number
- City
- State
- ZIP code
- Email address
- Phone number
Extravagant Customs is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.
Please allow the carrier time to update tracking after the package has been scanned into their system.
Once tracking shows that a package has been shipped, in transit, or delivered, shipping concerns must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.
Carrier Delays
Extravagant Customs is not responsible for shipping carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, high shipping volume, incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, or carrier processing issues.
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.
Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
Extravagant Customs is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages after the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking and make arrangements to receive their package safely.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to Extravagant Customs due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, refused delivery, missed delivery, or failure to pick up the package, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship the order.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returned packages do not qualify for refunds because all items are custom, handmade, and created specifically for the customer.
Damaged Packages or Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
You must provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Clear photos of the packaging
- A description of the issue
Damage claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Failure to contact us within 24 hours may limit our ability to assist.
Please keep all packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Shipping fees paid at checkout cover the shipment of the order and do not include processing, production, design work, rush fees, or custom service fees.
Custom & Handmade Order Notice
All Extravagant Customs products are custom, handmade, personalized, and/or made specifically for each customer.
Because of this, shipping timelines may vary based on the details of the order.
Please order early enough to allow time for design approval, production, shipping, and possible carrier delays.
Unexpected Production or Shipping Delays
If an unexpected delay affects your order before shipment, Extravagant Customs will contact you with an update.
Delays may be caused by supply availability, customer response time, mockup approval timing, high order volume, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside of our control.
We always recommend ordering as early as possible for time-sensitive events.
